Tailoring
If our extensive range of products does not quite fill your need, we are happy to tailor any of our boxes to suit you. We can either fill it with items from our other boxes or find items that you specifically desire.

Please note if we have to source other products we will need a two to three weeks to source the products and the prices may vary.

Return Policy
If the recipient of the gift is not 100% satisfied, we will happily replace it with another, or refund your money. Please note that shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

If an item arrives damaged, please contact us at (08) 6296 7089. We will gladly exchange the damaged item for a replacement.

Disclaimer

Also required is the name and complete street address of the recipient of the gift box, if different from yours.

Is the information stored on the web server? Of vital importance to you is that your credit card details will NOT be stored on our web server.

How the information is used? We need your address and phone number and that of the recipient so the gift box can be accurately shipped and so that we may communicate with you, if necessary, regarding your order.

We may also use your name and address to alert you to our products and services, but users may opt-out of receiving future mailings.

Information Distribution:
If you are providing personally identifiable information within your order, it will only be used primarily to process your order. We do not sell, rent or share any personally identifiable information about you to a third party.

Alcohol:
Boxes containing alcohol are only available for purchase by persons of or over the age of 18 years - under Australian Law.
